It's almost the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

And that means it is time to pick out Christmas Cards!! One of my favorite things about the season is receiving Christmas cards. I also love the feeling of accomplishment when all of mine are stamped and addressed and we drive them to the post office! This year, shutterfly has an awesome assortment of cards. You can check out special offers on their site! I am already having a hard time picking out my favorite, but I love these in no particular order:
I love the black and white pic with the pretty colors...I am also a sucker for square cards!
Love this one with the multiple pic spots and the rainbow colors. We have really been into rainbow around here lately...that is another post though!
And I love this one because of the obvious SPARKLE!

I am so thankful for shutterfly sponsoring this post...and you should be too! I have an awesome giveaway!

Giveaway prize: $50 off total order (does not include shipping & cannot be combined with any other promos)

All you have to do is comment with your favorite Christmas tradition or memory. I will pick at random on October 27..you have 5 days! GO!

On Christmas Eve my family turns down the lights - light up the tree and candles and eat all our favorite horderves (shrimp cocktail, artichoke dip, spanikopita, summer sausage/cheese/crackers) then we go to the latest family friendly movie we can find - it tires everyone out so it is easier to fall asleep for Santa to come!

We cook a huge Mexican dinner then have a family talent show. I thought the talent show was really lame when I was. A teenager but now I love it. Pick me for the win!

We eat a "super traditional" dinner of fried fish and then open gifts, including a new set of PJs for everyone and then we take a family picture in our matching clothes. It's so much fun to look back and see our changes/growth in the last few family pictures!

My favorite Christmas tradition started 14 years ago when we moved to Memphis. We open presents at home, we go to a crazy person's house for brunch and eat and eat and eat. Then we go to a movie (where every year I end up being the one to pick up all 750 tickets) and then eat, eat, eat Chinese - with said crazy family. It is one of my most very favorite days of the year.....

We don't have a tradition per se, but I suppose that is one in itself. I am really looking forward to this year as a family of four & I hope to start some new traditions as we have had many changes this past year. Here is to new traditions!

The night before christmas at my parents' house we all spend the night, and, even though we are all grown (and married), all the kids sleep in the same room. We have the best time, and it is also a tradition for me to wake everyone else up bc I'm too excited to sleep anymore!
